My English tuition aims to build a love of reading in every student, developing skills from reading and word recognition to advanced level comprehension with the ability to critique complex passages of text.

Spelling, vocabulary, grammar, and the ability to compose answers are gradually accumulated through different genres, familiarising students with both fiction and non-fiction, expanding their knowledge of the world and introducing them to new areas of interest.

I support students to be able to read thoroughly, extract information from the content and express an opinion on what they have read in a compelling way.
